The CRRE PTSO is powered by people who want to make our school the best it can be. There are opportunities to get involved that will fit any schedule and we’d love to have you!
The best ways to learn about opportunities to get involved at our school are to attend monthly PTSO meetings and to subscribe to our email list. Below are examples of volunteer opportunities during the year:
Hospitality Committee
At CRRE we have the best teachers and we want them to know it! The CRRE PTSO Hospitality Committee delivers goodies quarterly to teachers and staff as well as birthday treats to teachers. Other teacher appreciation activities include providing a back to school lunch, catering a meal during parent-teacher conferences, and more.
Event Planning + Volunteering
Each year the CRRE PTSO helps put on events that raise money and foster community. Volunteers make these great events possible! These include our Fall Festival, quarterly donut mornings, family fun nights, and the Spring Festival. Get involved by helping to plan an event or sign up to volunteer during the event.
Art Masterpiece
Volunteer to bring great art and artists into the classroom! No prior art experience or knowledge is necessary – just a bring a sense of fun. Email the Art Masterpiece lead to learn more about volunteering.
Scholastic Book Fair Volunteers
Twice each year the Scholastic Book Fair brings great books for kids into our school where they are available for purchase. Plus our school earns a portion of the profit. Parent volunteers can help set up and run the book fair. Get in touch with the school librarian to learn more about helping out with the book fair.
